Animal Care Facility, Artist Studio, Building Material And Garden Supply Sales, Contractor's Yard, Dispatch Center For Mobile Services, Drive-Through Establishment, Daycare Center, Group Daycare, Single-Family Detached Dwelling (As An Accessory Use), Equipment Rental, Sales, And Service, Financial Institution, Flex Space, Major And Minor Food And Beverage Processing, Indoor Shooting Range, Information Industry, Light Industry, Laundry And Dry Cleaning Services, Mortuary, Parking Facility, Personal Service Business, Professional Service Office, Public Infrastructure, Public Utility (Major And Minor), Public Utility Transmission Lines, Restaurant, Retail Store, Outside Storage Facility, Self-Service Storage Facility, Freight Or Truck Terminal, Vehicle Impound Yard, Major And Minor Vehicle Repair, Vehicle Sales Or Rental And Service, Vehicle Washing Facility, Warehouse, Wholesale Sales, Wireless Communication Facility, Amateur Radio Antenna.

Conditional Uses (Require A Conditional Use Permit)

Indoor Or Outdoor Arts, Entertainment, Or Recreation Facilities, Outdoor Stage Or Music Venues, Cemetery, Church Or Place Of Religious Worship, Adult Entertainment Establishment, Fuel Sales Facility (Depending On Type), Truck Stop, Nursery Or Urban Farm, Public Or Quasi-Public Use, Public Parks (Public And Private), Recreational Vehicle Park, Solid Waste Transfer Station, Recycling Center (Some Types), Wireless Communication Facility (Some Types), Vehicle Washing Facility (If Commercial-Scale), And Certain Heavy Industrial Or Manufacturing Activities.

Permitted uses include operating the Association and managing the Project, and further provided that for so long as Declarant shall own any Unit, Declarant shall have the right to disapprove any use of a Unit, which use, in the exercise of Declarant's sole business judgment, is unsuitable for the Project.

Prohibited Uses In I-L Zoning

Vehicle Wrecking Or Junk Yard, Any Heavy Industrial Use Not Specifically Allowed By Conditional Approval, And Any Use Not Listed In The Zoning Ordinance As Permitted Or Conditionally Allowed Under I-L.
